We are HUGELY excited to announce our first ever remix competition!

After the release of Another Thing in 2014, we went back into the studio to record special multitrack versions of three of our favourite tracks, with all of the instruments recorded in isolation and to a click.

We chose three tunes that we felt would reflect our eclectic style:

Dubslave is a moody dub reggae tune with beautiful floaty vocals.

Baja Los Teclados is a fat breakbeat with latin melodies.

Jump On is serious jungle with a filthy bassline and massive horns.

Hopefully this selection will lend itself to remixes of all different styles and genres.

FIRST PRIZE:
The winning remix of each of the 3 tracks will be decided upon by CC band members. Winners will each receive a £50 cash prize and a Carnival Collective merchandise pack including an Another Thing CD and digital download, a T-shirt and CC badges. Winning remixes will also appear on a special edition re-release of Another Thing later this year.

Runners up:
3 runners up will be chosen for each track and will be decided upon by CC band members. Runners up will each receive a Carnival Collective merchandise pack including an Another Thing CD and digital download code, a T-shirt and CC badges. The remixes may also appear on a special edition re-release of Another Thing later this year.
